Material analysis is paired with human review from waste experts — including TRUE-certified advisors — before it reaches operational decisions.

AI accuracy

Models are continuously improved and benchmarked against expert review. Confidence levels are surfaced and lower-confidence items are escalated for review.

Customer data handling

Customer data is used to deliver and improve the service for the customer. We do not sell customer data. Retention and deletion practices are documented and available on request.

Role-based access

Granular roles for facility, sustainability, procurement, janitorial, and vendor users. Permissions can be scoped by site, region, or portfolio.

Export controls

Customers can export their data — reports, photos, material data — at any time. Admins control who has export access.

Audit trail

Every insight is tied to photo evidence, timestamps, contributors, and the reviewer who validated it.
